Something we had over looked was the bank holiday, with our local Norfolk butcher being closed over the long weekend we have had to put all of our deliveries behind one day. sorry for any inconvenience this may cause at this troubling time.
Our aim at Norfolk In A Box is simply to promote the very finest products that Norfolk has to offer.
Distilled by hand in small-batches from the finest Norfolk barley, Wild Knight English Vodka is exceptionally smooth. Soft on the palate, full of character and with a smooth, long finish, liquid silk is our favourite description.
We delicately blend our vodka with caramel and the result is an ultra-smooth, full-bodied, caramelised spirit. Deliciously decadent!
Brand new and already a favourite! Wild Knight® Espresso Martini is made with our finest Wild Knight English vodka, infused with cold-brewed, single-origin speciality coffee, from the award-winning and conservation focused Guima Estate in Brazil.
First we create our spirit from the finest Norfolk barley and then redistilled to pass the alcohol vapour through a basket of the finest botanicals, including juniper, citrus and with a nod to the Icenis – nettle. This captures the delicate flavours to create a fine gin that can be sipped on its own or paired beautifully with elderflower tonic.

We are currently working around the clock sorting rounds and routes from the massive influx of orders we received last week. We were not expecting that to happen. We now have a small army of van drivers in place. We have hired 4 vans and have 4 of our own for next weeks deliveries. With 8 vans out on the road we will clear the back log. The website will re open on 1st April 2020 taking orders as normal, all orders placed will be for delivery the week after. At this present time this is the only way we can deal with the work load.

How do I know when my delivery will be?
Please enter the first part of your postcode below, if the answer is green your area is covered. If the answer is red it means we do not deliver to your area currently.

Are you open to the public?
No.
Do you support multiple delivery addresses ?
We do now, this is especially helpful when ordering for other people. Addresses can now be added via the My Account->Addresses section.
What do my order emails mean?
For any order with us from now. you should receive 3 emails:
1) When you first order, we’ll receive the order and it will be set to a status processing, and you’ll get confirmation of this by email.
2) Once processed in the office and scheduled, the order will be placed on hold until your delivery day. You should get a 2nd email confirming this stating the order is now on hold.
3) Once the items have been loaded on to the van for delivery, your order will be changed to completed to let you know that your order is on it’s way.
Do you despatch orders at the weekends?
Not usually.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free.
Can I use you as a supplier for my local food business?

How much notice do you require before delivery?
At present, we take orders for the following week, with the cut off point at 6pm on Saturday evening.
Can I add items to an order before its dispatched?
No, you can however place another order, please just place a note in the additional comments part of the 2nd order.
If the 2nd order was placed in time (see previous question), both orders would arrive together. Otherwise the 2nd order would normally arrive the following week.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, all payments are processed via PayPal, however you do not have to have your own PayPal account, you can click the symbols below the yellow PayPal button (see image below) to pay via a credit or debit card without having your own PayPal account (it is still processed via PayPal).

This Tea has been specially blended for us here at Norfolk In A Box to give you our customer the lovely flavours of Norfolk Tea. With our hard water table here in Norfolk this tea is simply devine. Our Norfolk Tea is available as a add on to any of our set boxes. Norfolk veg Box, Salad Box, Fruit Box or even our Mixup Box.
We have also now included this into our New Build A Box section, this is were you can hand pick produce that you would like from Norfolk Honey, Norfolk cakes to fresh banana, fresh red apples or even some split peas and Norfolk apple juices.
Our range of Norfolk made products is growing, if it’s from Norfolk we hope to have it available in our Build A Box section or as an add on to any of our boxes..
All of our Veg Boxes are still delivered free. We take recycling here at Norfolk in a box as a major part of our business, with plastic free produce and collecting your old delivery box to use again, then taken to a recycling centre when they finally give-up.
Have you tried one of our gorgeous Norfolk vegetable soup boxes. Only £10 including free delivery anywhere in Norfolk. Amazing value. All you need is a little imagination to make your own soups
There is 5kg of different vegetables in each box. The last Norfolk soup box I put together included
celery, carrots, parsley, potatoes, onion, parsnips, red peppers, and chilli.
If you are not into soup making maybe you would want to try our £15 mixupbox. This gives you vegetables, salad and fruits all in one box. Perfect for a small family.
