Norfolk Alpine is made from the milk of Brown Swiss cows kept in North Norfolk on the Holkham estate by the Temple family. This semi-hard cheese takes 6 months to mature. This is a great cheese for slicing, grating or cooking with.

Taste

This Norfolk cheese is has a sweet slightly nutty taste and is made from pasteurised cows milk.
