FAQs – Frequently asked questions
Please bare with us at the moment, we are running behind schedule. We have had some teething problems trying to cope with the sudden increase in customers. We’re doing everything we can to get this all sorted for you ASAP.
As I’m sure you can imagine, we’re experiencing an extremely high volume of traffic through our website at the moment, resulting in a very large volume of emails and related items for us to get through. To help us help you faster, please check if the answer to your query is covered in the list below before getting in touch.
The following are our most commonly asked questions.
How do I know when my delivery will be?
Please enter the first part of your postcode below, if the answer is green your area is covered. If the answer is red it means we do not deliver to your area currently.

Please use the postcode checker to see if you’re in our delivery zone, we will aim to be there as close as possible to your delivery day. Deliveries are from 8am till 9pm.
Please note: All orders received this week (cut off is 18:00 Sat) will be delivered next week.
What areas do you cover?
Norfolk, parts of Suffolk & parts of Cambridgeshire.
Are you open to the public?
No.
Do you support multiple delivery addresses ?
We do now, this is especially helpful when ordering for other people. Addresses can now be added via the My Account->Addresses section.
What do my order emails mean?
For any order with us from now. you should receive 3 emails:
1) When you first order, we’ll receive the order and it will be set to a status processing, and you’ll get confirmation of this by email.
2) Once processed in the office and scheduled, the order will be placed on hold until your delivery day. You should get a 2nd email confirming this stating the order is now on hold.
3) Once the items have been loaded on to the van for delivery, your order will be changed to completed to let you know that your order is on it’s way.
Do you despatch orders at the weekends?
Not usually.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free.
Can I use you as a supplier for my local food business?
Yes, get in touch here.
How much notice do you require before delivery?
At present, we take orders for the following week, with the cut off point at 6pm on Saturday evening.
Can I add items to an order before its dispatched?
No, you can however place another order, please just place a note in the additional comments part of the 2nd order.
If the 2nd order was placed in time (see previous question), both orders would arrive together. Otherwise the 2nd order would normally arrive the following week.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, all payments are processed via PayPal, however you do not have to have your own PayPal account, you can click the symbols below the yellow PayPal button (see image below) to pay via a credit or debit card without having your own PayPal account (it is still processed via PayPal).
I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

Click this link (when logged in): My Account Details and follow the instructions. Note you can also access this page via the “My Account->Account Details” menu item at the top of every page.

Norfolk Soup box
Have you tried one of our gorgeous Norfolk vegetable soup boxes. Only £10 including free delivery anywhere in Norfolk. Amazing value. All you need is a little imagination to make your own soups
There is 5kg of different vegetables in each box. The last Norfolk soup box I put together included
celery, carrots, parsley, potatoes, onion, parsnips, red peppers, and chilli.

Vegan Lemon Cake
Lemon Cake suitable for Vegans is now here with us @norfolk inabox. this is something that gets us excited and we have exepted with open arms. End of 2019 News Update.
This year has seen us @ Norfolk In A Box move forward in leaps and bounds, from a Facebook page ordering to our all singing website with full electronic payments, we also over took all other vegetable box delivery schemes with in Norfolk,Cambridgeshire and Suffolk within page domination and analytics. Making us now number 1 for vegetable deliveries to your home. This is only down to you/our customers who have put us there. Thank you ?
Behind the website @NIAB is a massive team, from our website developer, to our staff in the office, the staff in the cold store, staff on the road. It’s down to all of them that you get your fresh and local produce.
If you didn’t guess we love Norfolk and everything in it. From our Norfolk vegetable, honey, fruits, cakes, fruit juices. We have Norfolk covered.
In the week leading up to Christmas Norfolk inabox has moved over 300 boxes of Norfolk Veg boxes, 4 ton of Norfolk potatoes, 1 ton of Norfolk onions, 28 Norfolk Meat Boxes and 140 Hampers filled with fresh produce in our lovely baskets.
