Medjool Dates are the king of all dates. These are from Jordan, packed in 454g (1lb) boxes.
These are a great source of natural sugars. Many of our customers use these for snacking or within cooking.
Medjool dates are healthy! They contain natural sugar, but they have a low/medium glycaemic index score because they also contain a good amount of fibre, which slows the release of the carbohydrates and gives you sustained energy rather spiking your blood sugar crazily high.
