Walsingham is an artisan pasteurised cows milk cheese. The cheese is pressed and matured, with a crumbly texture and has been described as a cross between Wensleydale and Cheddar.
This is a gorgeous product made in the lovely green surroundings of North Norfolk. If you love Mrs Temple’s cheese but are seeking something a bit different this is a must try.
