In appearance it could be mistaken for a Brie, Copys Cloud is a soft bloomy, brie-style cheese made in North Norfolk with Mrs Temples own herd of cows.
Taste
With a fluffy white rind, Copys cloud has the appearance of a brie but is milder in taste with a buttery melting centre. The perfect addition to any summer’s day picnic.
