This award winning cheese has a pale yellow interior and a courser natural crust. It’s creamy in texture and full of flavour but not overwhelming with a good bite on the finish, giving a real wow factor.
A lovely new blue handmade cheese produced on Copy’s Green Farm, at Wighton, on the Holkham Estate in north Norfolk by Mrs Temple. The milk is from her own herd of Brown Swiss cattle that the family keeps.
